The gentlemen from Sonel have repaired my Marantz CD player and I am very satisfied with that. Marantz previously indicated that repair was no longer possible, but Sonel managed to do it anyway. Craftsmen!

09-02-2016 repair Sonel in Uithoorn, Vacuum cleaner gives no sign of life anymore, I disassembled that device and measured several, I could not get out. Earlier repair at Sonel in Uithoorn, which took a very long time, I thought, they can also solve this vacuum cleaner problem. So I brought the vacuum cleaner engine with control panel to them for investigation, the cable with the winding mechanism I had left at home. So as Sonel works, € 20.00 paid in advance for research costs, and they would repair up to € 50.00 without telephone contact. Within half an hour I get a phone call from Sonel that everything I had delivered was in order, so nothing wrong, it was still in the cable, which I then repaired at home later. So I pick up the engine and control panel again, when I arrived I had to pay an additional € 20.00 for the time that they had been measuring through. So to make a long story short I paid a total of € 44.00 while nothing was wrong, it will be Sonel's way of doing this, but it is certainly not customer friendly, if only had said, you have lost those research costs, and otherwise we leave it that way, that would be much more customer-friendly. But Sonel is after merit, so it was the very last time I got there. So people you have been warned about the conduct of this FIRMA. No business card.
