Absolutely horrible experiences so far. Great service when you want to buy something but if something needs to be fixed, service is really bad. My phone had battery issues. Brought it back to Cool blue twice for repair, twice I got it back with a note that they haven't been able to find the issue. When I refused to accept my phone after their "repair", there was no other option to take back my phone and go again to say its broken. Meanwhile i didn't have my phone twice for one month and nothing improved. The only way my phone's battery doesn't die within a couple of hours is to not put it in any cover as it overheats (e.g. it needs a repair). So guess what happened, my screen broke (surprise). They need to fix the screen if I want my battery to be fixed however they cannot give me a price upfront for this. So I have to hand in my phone to get something fixed for the 3rd time and I don't know upfront how much that will cost me. So now they ask me to pay for my screen while they are going to "fix" my phone. As you might understand, my fear is now that they will charge me for the screen and than cannot find the other issue. So congratulations coolblue, you avoided costs of fixing my phone but have a very disappointed customer.

Bought a brand new gaming chair and when it arrived there was a defect. Phoned back the same day and they suggested I buy a 2nd chair and they would refund this chair in a few days. If I wanted to wait for a replacement chair it would take 3-4 days as they needed a day to pick it up from my house and standard 1-2 days to process. However after following up after 5 days they informed me that there are a lot of returns and it would take up to 6 days to process. This brings into question the quality of products coolblue is selling if they cannot handle the returns in the agreed time. Service on the phone is friendly but they cannot help with warehouse delays - they are aware of delays and each time ask me to buy a new chair and then wait for refund which I find ridiculous.

Already two products bought via CoolBlue (Bosch koelkast and Solis coffee machine) are broken. The koffiemachine was broken twice during warranty. There is no solution ever provided by the shop. Very dissapointing.

Very spacious store with a good door policy during the Corona period. All personnel wear facemasks. When entering the store you'll be asked how they can be of any assistance. If you need advice, compare stuff or want to buy something directly. Great service and a huge assortment!
