Came to wash my car found the rims were not clean. (While I asked on arrival and during checkout to pay some extra attention to this.) Complained this and got the answer, you have "difficult" rims ..... You operate a car cleaning center including the associated car wash. At least when it is asked, it seems to me that some attention is paid to it? And when there is a complaint, I expect something more than the answer; You have "difficult" rims. God help the person who comes in with a "difficult" car.
