Megadump Wormer

*********THIS PLACE IS TO BE HIGHLY AVOIDED********* We placed an order of 4.000euros for our bathroom renovation.I asked them 10 TIMES if everything is going to be arrived on time, they said yes multiple times, and when order arrived,15 out of 20 items were missing or wrong. They made us drive back and forth from Almere to Wormer about 8 times to correct the mistakes and the keep doing mistakes on the last item they forgot to send. I dont know , but you cant do so many things wrong unless you are doing it on purpose. All their delays have costed me so far a couple of hundred euros in labor since i book my constructions guys to finish the job after getting confirmation with them that the orders are going to arrive on time. Last thing was a bathroom furniture top ( WHICH WRONGLY THEY DIDNT ADD TO THE ORDER ALTHOUGH I MENTIONED IT 5 TIMES WHEN ORDERING IN THE STORE) . I had to book my construction guy an extra day to come and place the top with the sink, they send us an email confirming that they will deliver today, wednesday 01/07/20 between 1730 and 1900. Today,July 1st at 1830 , they send an email that we have to go and pick up the top plate ourself if we wanted it or they will deliver tomorrow AFTER 21:00. AGAIN THE CONSTRUCTION GUY IS HERE , HAS TO BE PAID AND MY BATHROOM IS NOT DONE! WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOU ? ARE YOU SERIOUS?

What a bad company. Tile profiles took 3 weeks to arrive. No further confirmation of this when they would come in. Tile profiles left but cannot be returned by regular mail. This ensures that returning with transport will cost you 50-60 euros. Is not mentioned anywhere, so you only need the 14 days return time to find out how to return it. Don't recommend it to anyone VERY SORRY!

Good business with extremely friendly employees! We recently bought our toilet with accessories. All neatly arranged. During the hanging a hanging bracket had died and we had a new one the next day at 10 am. Great service!
