Unfortunately I had to take advantage of my insurance by dropping the phone. Via the website I received the message that I was not insured for the damage suffered, even though I was. So I called and within 1 minute it was done. An urgent repair has been requested. After contacting the repairman, who laughed off the urgent repair a bit, contacted unive again about this. Within 2 days after my 2nd phone call everything was taken care of. Top service! Thank you!
