DHL Express Eindhoven

25 January 2020 I called DHL Number phone (even this number is pretty expensive to call when you have a problem) I told them that I had a mistake with a Label I made and what I could do.. they told me no worries, create and pay a new one and Ask for you money back to the one you are not going to use. I pay a new one, and they sent to me a Restitutieformulier. in the same day I sent the email to the [email protected] with my case number 08800811. Since that moment, I sent more emails asking for an answer and we are in 29 September and Im still waiting 1 answer to my emails, and of course they didnt give my money back! 10 months waiting for just a kind answer to my emails, like thanks we receive you email, we will work on your request... or we will contact you back redargind your petition. The worst customer service I never had! Never again as a particular or as a Company I will work with them until they dont give the money back!

Very friendly staff. I went to return a laptop to a seller in Germany and I was guided well with instructions.

Super fast service! They offer regular and expedited shipping of any size - on the spot too! I came there with just my documents and they provided me the envelope and printed my labels for me. I wish there's more of these around Eindhoven!
