Rating 3 with minus. 2 days ago received Napoli chair, it took a week to deliver. - There was missing 2 screws, and 3 screws were different size, so got new 5 screws in nearest shop. - The chair backside lumbar protector is not as comfortable as represented in video, I put small pillow to avoid discomfort. - Little seemable damage in backside part where screws are going in, seemed like someone tried to put that part extra heaviliy in some other chair which did not fit. + good adjustable armrests + seat is very soft + adjustable in height

It is the worst company I ever dealt with, do not trust them with anything. The lead times they advertise are fake. They will send you a tracking link for your shipment that does not work, and then give excuses like "It is DHL that does not know where your shipment is, we have sent it." They also refuse to contact DHL for you. They will not give you any supervisor's name, and basically, they just rip people off for their money. DO NOT order from them, unless you are willing to part with a few hundred euros and not even know when/if you get the item. They are con artists.

One working day before delivery, I heard that the delivery has been delayed by almost two months. I emailed for an alternative seat as I urgently need a seat. At first I got a response, but later no longer, until I suddenly received an email with the message that my ticket was closed. I now see that they often deliver much too late. I haven't received the chair yet, so I don't know how it's going yet.

Do you order a door mat from the roll, immediately available Then you just call after 4 days "oh we have a stock problem in 4 weeks it will come to us" And if I had not called myself ????

I ordered an office chair from IVOL +/- half a year ago, which unfortunately seemed to have cures quite quickly. Despite the fact that I had already used the chair for a long time, I still decided to contact us. IVOL then sent me a box for the old chair to pick up later and delivered a new assembled chair. A company can only really distinguish itself with correct problem solving and they have done more than great.
