Service Point Eindhoven (McFlek)

I had to print some pages and they did quickly and with a good price. I had a bad experience with service point in Utrecht CS but this one is very positive.

Very helpful and friendly

Would have expected more support

Although they are very friendly, the quality is not good. First time I copied a key, they made it too thick and couldn't fit into my door, I have to come back again and they made another one for me. Second time the top tip of my sport shoes is open, they fixed it very ugly with messy lines, not professional at all. After complaining they tried to make it looks better but still like what we could do by ourselves at home. Every time when walking I could feel the line next to my toes inside the shoes, not comfortable at all.

Had the battery of my watch replaced during an off-peak hour. Was promptly attended to, by a man who seemed to know his stuff. Within ten minutes, my watch had been waterproofed and was running again. This quick, uncomplicated transaction is much appreciated!
