After extensive consultation and several attempts to keep the molars, this unfortunately turned out not to be possible. Jeroen then indicated in an extensive conversation what the remaining options were and what risks are involved. After I had chosen to have the tooth pulled and the placement of an implant, Jeroen gave a clear budget. After the dental assistant had made the necessary preparations, Jeroen, while explaining the treatment, removed the molar and placed an implant at the same time. When I left the practice with the necessary explanation about the possible consequences of after pain and facial swelling, I went home to return to work 3 hours later. 17 hours later still no pain or swelling at all. The after-treatment phone call from the secretary whether I had any pain or questions after the treatment was a very pleasant and surprising experience for me. I would definitely recommend Jeroen for any dental treatment, he is in good hands with his extremely customer-friendly team!

Helped very well in itself. However, there are some downsides. The counter staff are terribly unlikable. The quotations you receive are completely wrong. Only part of the total treatment is offered. It is not mentioned that there are a lot of extra costs. We have now lost almost 1,000 euros more than we expected based on their statement. Meanwhile had another appointment at the beginning of December. Indicated that I did NOT want to use implants. A quotation would be made. Called today that nothing had been received yet. Yes, we have been closed for 2 weeks. Not my problem right? We were on holiday for 3 weeks last year and then Mondig thought we should make some time to respond. They are allowed to go on holiday without responding, but apparently we don't. But at the end of the day they received a letter in which they said that it was only indicated today that no implants are wanted. So that is NOT true. This has already been indicated at the beginning of December. As a result, I can now pay my full deductible in both 2020 and 2021. Nicely arranged. I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend Mondig. They don't listen, they charge a lot more than what they offer and I don't have a good word about the staff behind the counter.

I am very satisfied with the Mondig team! After a hard fall I ended up at Mondig for placing a crown. It was very exciting for me, but the way in which I was helped by the super friendly and very professional staff and also the practice itself, which is equipped with modern equipment, gave me every confidence that it will work out. My treatment is over and I am really happy with the end result. Finally, I can now close this chapter. It looks beautiful! Thanks again!

I came in with a dent in my gum and confidence, a picture for one front tooth and an ugly 2nd front tooth. . From the first intake interview, I immediately had a very nice feeling about Jeroen and his team, which I remember last.
