We were treated by AKD personel in a very arrogant manner. All comunication with them was slow and unfriendly. If i can choose, I never go back with them again.

Recently acquired my home through AKD. Always had good contact with the file handler who took the time to explain everything. The Notary also took plenty of time during the appointment to explain a.o. Great service!

Quite dissatisfied. The main reason for dissatisfaction is communication from the AKD side. We were told by the sales broker that we could schedule an appointment almost immediately after approving a mortgage. This turned out not to be the case and cost us almost 2000 euros. While planning the appointment, my partner and I asked if it couldn't be earlier. AKD was particularly offended, why did we dare ask this ...

The behavior is arrogant, fingers point the working side. Agreements are not kept, It is everyone's fault except AKD, even if it says black and white that the bank and intermediary are waiting for their stuff. They cannot think along. Childish, amateurish and underhanded.
