Sign a contract for every repair operation, a strange customer treatment. The excessive invoice deviated from the agreement, on which a correction of 30% discount was made. ??? You get a strange feeling there

Really, disbelief is what reminds us of the visit to Van den Udenhout Oss. Test drive in the ID3 and then seriously sat at the table. I went through all options and took pictures of the desired trade-in VW Polo which was also bought new. Then also looked at the new Golf. For both options, we would be called back later with what the trade-in price would be of the Polo and what the Golf and / or the ID3 would cost. The vacation period passed and after the summer still nothing was heard. 5 weeks(!). Then we paid a visit to the car company Van den Udenhout Oss and there we heard that this was really a big mistake and that we would be called very quickly for an appointment. We are now 6 weeks (!) Further and still nothing ... 11 weeks is almost 3 months! I think they earn more than enough and that they are not waiting for new customers because this is somewhat miraculous. Too bad Van den Udenhout Oss, we are going to take a look at the competitor.
