Serving takeaways during the partial lockdown. Very good quality and full of flavor. A bit pricey compared to what you are used to in the west, but you get bagels in Amsterdam in return :)

Don’t go to this location if you are a foreigner. Super long wait- ignored for 10 min as the only one in line and then waiting for a bagel for another 15 Bought tea and they filled with water only halfway and refused to add more when I asked saying that was normal here.

The waitresses are by any means super unprofessional. No sense of hospitality or professional service, super rude to international guests, bad English! Typical Dutch offensive behavior. The one behind the bar is working without a bra and sweating, but still washing tables and touching food, disgusting. The other one has probably not even attended school. Taking off your plates before you even finished eating. Again, no sense of professionalism & definitely not worth your money!

Coffee is a bit overprice for its quality, though bagels are nice. Kind staff who made sure we felt safe (due to COVID-19).

The chain is quite ok, with good coffee and reasonably priced food. Stoped in for a coffee as I’d been on my feet for a good while. The lady serving me didn’t seem happy I was using my phone and made sure to let me know through some rather rude and aggressive service. Cranky (owner?)=1 star
