TOP dentist, modern waiting room, no long waiting times, different measuring equipment and it's nice that I always had the same dentist. Until unfortunately I moved.
Not customer oriented at all. Dentist runs from room to room to make as much money as possible. At my first appointment I was told that my fillings were not good and had to be removed. The anesthetic was misplaced in my nerve. The dentist didn't care much and ran back to his next patient to let the anesthetic work in the meantime. Since then I have had problems with the teeth where the fillings are. Because of this experience I haven't been to the dentist for 6 years and of course not at ease in the chair, but I take good care of my teeth. I wanted braces for a long time and went back. I deeply regretted that. I had 3 holes and guess what. The fillings that Mr. had put had to be replaced again. Fortunately, there are nice girls who understand their trade and are very customer-oriented who put me at ease and went through the procedures with me before they started. No photos were taken before installing the bracket. No printout. And the dentist told me nothing about the treatment. I asked if it mattered that my gums were bleeding when brushing and was sensitive. I was told no, that does not hurt, not even when putting the braces on. The first appointment was only placed under braces. I then said I wanted upstairs too and thought that was clearly discussed. According to the dentist nothing was known about it. I had to come back a week later. A week later the correct blocks were not present and I had to come back later. I was told that I would have the braces for up to a year and that the hole in the bottom of my teeth near the tooth that was pulled would be closed within 3 months at most. These became 10 months. The first 4 months I saw a difference, then for six months no difference was seen on my teeth. When I said something about it after six months (10 months in total) it was suddenly possible and the gap was closed within 2 weeks. My upper teeth had not changed in the meantime. When I asked when that was going to happen were the literal words of the dentist; ow yes there was also something to be done. The only thing that had to be done was to turn my canines a little bit inwards. After 12 months no difference from when I first came in. The lower brace was now allowed to be removed and I was told that I had to put in a set of teeth 23 hours a day for my upper teeth for another 5 months. This was not the deal and if he hadn't forgotten what to do, I could have been done long ago. Pure money beating. During the months of the braces process, I expressed my displeasure with the dentist several times. Both against the assistants, who are also very competent and in whom I have more confidence than the dentist, and against the dentist himself. This one just shrugged. To the fact that my upper teeth did not change, he said; yes but it must match your under teeth. While at first he did not even know that I wanted over braces. Pure excuses to hide his ignorance and ignorance and hoppa ... he was gone to another room and client. Totally ignored several times. My last appointment of 350 +/- I have not paid since the top bracket would cost an additional 450 +/- and this service was therefore not provided. I discussed this with the secretary and he would pass it on and I would hear more about it. All I heard about it was a bill on the bus. I then called and stated it again and said to file a complaint if I hear about it again. again it would be passed on and contacted. Now I get an invoice again so the complaint has been put into effect. The bill is not going to be paid.
update: I was right with the complaint handling. And my gums were inflamed and I had to go to the dental hygienist to remove plaque. My new dentist also immediately removed the rest of the bracket adhesive that was still on it (!)

Always clarity about the treatment, friendly staff and waiting usually does not take that long
I have been counting down for 2 weeks until she can get the braces out, they suddenly cancel the appointment 2 hours in advance
Places, several times, a bad filling.
Talk to them about this and ask for compensation, suddenly the doctor is no longer there and you have to find someone else yourself.
