I was in doubt about writing a review but I still want to do it. I have been coming to the dental practice in heesch for 8 years and until a few months ago I had an appointment that I had forgotten. It happens to every person sometimes, I called them so they would cancel my appointment and I would call them later for a new appointment. A while later I call them to make a new appointment and I hear from the dentist that I have been deregistered without letting them know what I find very rude. I also had the sweet assistant on the phone who found it very annoying and explained the situation. A week ago I had a severe toothache and I called them for an appointment because it was an emergency. They didn't want to do anything for me and I am really dissatisfied with the dental practice.

worthless dentist! Do not see a broken tooth as an emergency! Eat a little bit on the other side and then tomorrow you can go to your own dentist ... really not normal to say such a thing without seeing what's going on ..
