Bagels & Beans

Staff not wearing masks and literally, 9 people crammed inside waiting for their food on Saturday, 20st of February, which is totally forbidden by the current legislation. Disgusting! Took some nice pictures and I will report your business.

Awesome bagels deal: 6 bagels for 5,70! You can ge them frozen too to last longer. Lovely staff and nice sitting down too for post-COVID. Much nice neighbourhood branch compared to the always super busy ones in the center, team is much nicer.

Nice place to order brunch from. Fast, friendly and positive Ikram keeping good vibes in even during this lockdown. Definitely will keep coming back 😊

Food is always nice, however the staff has been very unprofessional. We were helped last of 3 couples, while we where there first. Did not even get drinks first while the girls served food for the couple who came after us, then another couple gets served first. We ask about out food they rush and forget parts of our order. I ask her where it is and she says she will get it immediately, proceeds to serve drinks to other customers first. I as for napkins, also a hard task. I have been working in retail for a long time and the service culture nowadays in Amsterdam has been dropping dramatically while the prices have been going up dramatically. I have decided I will never pay any tips again, unless the service has been nothing less than fantastic. I urge other paying customers to do the same. Also, every bagels and beans I have been I only see white caucasian staff members..even in Amsterdam West.. what is that all about??

Well the bagels are nice but the coffee was really small for the price. Had to order two coffees. Good place for working remotely.
