Woonveste

I have been sitting in decent hot water for three days and nobody has done anything about it. I am constantly sent from the box to the wall. Similarly with other problems with this building. Such as our automatic front door, which has been broken for a month and a half, so we cannot get in from the outside ... Every time I call because something is not working properly it is said "yes we will sort it out and you will be called back". We will NEVER be called back. Ridiculous.

I think that D.M works at Woonveste, they don't solve anything and take their hands off everything, rake in money, they are good at it !!!

Excellent housing association. Handle complaints and repair requests very well. Customer service is friendly and easily accessible.
