The dentist himself is quite professional, but contact via the assistant is difficult. When you offer her a solution for her own mistakes in a decent way, you get an attitude from here to there, you have apparently suddenly abused (clever with 2 witnesses who say otherwise) and you are no longer welcome. This woman who can no longer separate the rude customers from the neat ones ruins it for the whole practice and the worst part is that the owner apparently supports this. If this is the way they deal with customers, they will soon not be left with much.
I have been a customer here for years. Unfortunately the assistant is so rude on the phone and unfriendly when you drop by that I chose to go to another dentist. It's so bad with this assistant that while you're friendly on the phone, she finds it necessary to insult your parents and then tell the supervisor that you have scolded. the management also immediately believes that they are blindly interested in hearing without rebuttal and without evidence. (I had the conversation on tape but they don't want to listen to this.)
NOT RECOMMENDED.
The dentists themselves are very professional, unfortunately the assistant on the phone is not.
75 EU for "Cleaning" and now again an amount on my door of more than 120 EU for gluing a small piece of tooth. Who makes these absurd amounts? You can stop the amount where the sun doesn't shine.
