Last week ordered a taxi at T-Tax, due to a miscommunication we had to wait 2 hours for the taxi. Called afterwards, but they were not open to a conversation. Paid 130 euros for a ride Maasbree - Helden. Response for the owner: This is also what we have been told on the phone several times, but have said that we would post our opinion and experience on the internet. This is how we have experience and is certainly not a threat to you. I do not understand the comment that this would not be correct, because this is what has happened to us. We hope that other people will prevent this or that you will learn from it. There is a lot of understanding from us, but we don't see this from you.

Not recommended. After miscommunication waited two hours for the taxi. Unfortunately, a middle ground is not sought afterwards. Response for the owner: Bad service is a bad review. A logical consequence of a bad experience. We were having a problem, unfortunately this is not being responded to. I also tried several times with you to reach a solution, the organization is not open to feedback.

Yesterday after a beautiful wedding of my son and daughter-in-law stranded in Venray because another taxi company from Roermond did not honor his agreements. T-taxi called at 02.15 presented my problem that we could not come home with 6 people (male). I was answered very nicely, he would exchange the car for a van and call me back. That happened within fifteen minutes as agreed and we were nicely picked up and driven home by a very friendly driver (unfortunately I know his name not). T-taxi all praise for you. You are there and you keep appointments thanks 👏👏👏
