Really good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and app works well which is not the case for all the car rental companies. Will use them again and probably move away from the company I used before. Well done.

There are 2-4 people at the Nassaukade that have an extraordinary customer service mindset, Elisabeth, Shirley and Erwin, lately there is Sanne, also top ! But she needs to stop smoking :). Calling Sixt general helpdesk on the other hand is frustrating and often pointless. There are also a few folks whose names I do not know that need to go on a customer service course, sadly. I have been using Sixt for corporate purposes for a number of years and since last year for longterm renting which is attractive in terms of pricing and flexibility. Sixt plus is what I use now and electric car. Much better than leasing a car. You can stop the rental with a weeks notice before next month starts. The iPace I got was very new but sadly poorly cleaned.
Always great service and very kind staff. I rent 30-50 days per year, no reason to go anywhere else.
