Top dentist would never want another dentist to tell you exactly what he is going to do, no one has to be afraid, quality is also super good and also takes the time for you for me

Always been afraid of dentists, to the moment I met Marcel Bloem. Very nice dentist !! Thanks to Marcel a bit of a fear overcome. A visit to the dentist is almost a pleasure! Really recommended

Last month I was very ill and I had to report sick at work for the first time. Because of this, forget the appointment at the dentist. Now we got a bill at home of 60 euros for not meeting an appointment, which we found absurd for this, my husband called and the assistant went to the dentist and called back later. A little later she phoned to say that the dentist had reversed the bill, but then we had to look for a new dentist, or if we wanted to stay, we had to pay 60 euros. Well you can guess what our decision was, be gone because that is not how you treat people and certainly not that they have already earned us a lot in 1 year. I find it simply anti-social behavior to say something like that. We have never forgotten an appointment. A fine of 20 euros okay but 60 really goes too far. But that was not even the worst problem because we had paid the 60 euros if necessary, but saying I can turn back the 60 euros but then you are looking for another dentist really goes too far. So see you never again.

I have been here for years and even come back from Germany for my control every 6 Months. I feel that no unnecessary things are being done and am completely satisfied.
