Unfortunately, it is not possible to give a normal answer here. Over the phone they are already told “No, that's not the problem” I studied for years for this, not you! So who will tell me. Great service. Sent in con board of my 13 year old TV and repaired back in a few days. The TV is working again. This case is highly recommended.

What a terrible service just a rude farmer who does not have good glasses I think because oh dear if you do not type the type number but send a picture of it then you would be mad to see it in his marketplace advertisements I would say find a Competitor even if you just have to make a detour a few hundred kilometers!
