Pathetic Service. Do not meet timeline, do not communicate transparently. I cancelled my order in July still refund not given. First promised refund in 5-7days then in 1month then partial payment then god knows what they want to do. Till today no repayment and only promises which are not met. Do not buy from them.

1 Star review because 0 isn't an option. What a disaster of a buying experience. Purchased a dishwasher online in March! Finally installed this week. Along the way many unreplied to emails, excuses, missed deliveries and just in general poor service. They even managed to arrange an installer to come out without even delivering the dishwasher. Told that the manufacturer had also stopped making the model and we'd receive an "upgraded" new model. Imagine my surprise the day after installation while registering the dishwasher that it is the original non deliverable dishwasher. No surprise that 2 days later still no reply to email query. What a joke! Reply to the reply... I have now included a picture of the model number... Nice hard work replying to reviews but not to emails... This on more than 1 occasion. Reply within 36 hours... Most telephone contact (and I phoned plenty) was met with apologetic tones and i appreciate that these are unusual times however the whole experience has been very poor. The last time i phoned to confirm the delivery i found the response was particularly unfriendly... This after delivery had already gone wrong (see above text) Reply to the next reply The seller has made contact and has offered compensation for the unfortunate events.

I am waiting 8 weeks and nobody contact me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No money back and telefon number is off i want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad service after the order 27-11-2020, we did not receive any information about the shipment. After 3 weeks (indicated delivery time) called again and it would take another 4 weeks. Called 29-1-2021 again and it would take another 3 weeks. But they could not say whether that was really the case. The story was that it was "that there was so much demand for it and the factory had been idle". Now we have ordered our product from Cool blue and it will be delivered tomorrow! Very bad service !!!
