This is an incredible dentist office. It's very misleading from the outside before entering. I have been here four times and still have trouble finding it after locking my bike. The front door is beautiful, with its ornate design. But the inside is very impressive. The most modern space in Amsterdam. Two floors (maybe more) of HIGH tech exam rooms. I have had only good experiences here, but I have not yet had major work. I do know that everyone who works here are very professional, very friendly, not annoying and even have a sense of humor. They all speak English as well. Their website is also top-shelf, easy to make appointments too. I know this is a bit weird, but I really loved my dentists in America, so finding a good dentist here is important. The one possible downside here is you don't have that one Dentist (owner of the practice) who you see each time and have a relationship with, but perhaps this will happen after a few visits. I've only been here a year.

Very nice and welcoming at the reception. I have great experiences with all the dentists. 5 stars for sure.

Be very careful with this dentist. My wife was quoted 5696 euros for dental work that "she needed". They replaced fillings that didnt need to be replaced. She had a root canal and a crown which was done incorrectly, and now she needs that tooth to be removed and an implant put in its place at significant cost (could be up to 1500euros). Our new dentist is fixing the work they did poorly and the remainder of the work they quoted her for doesnt actually doesnt actually need doing. If this isnt bad enough they are always late when you go there and the receptionist was often rude.

I have been a patient for more than a decade and appreciate the professional, efficient and friendly manner of all staff. Appointments generally run on time, and they keep pretty terrific hours of operation, including Sundays.

I will not be returning the this dentist practice after using it for 5 years. Basic checkups went well but a dentist recommended that look into a requirement for braces. I went for a consult and got a rough quote from one of the dentists who is not an orthodontist but does orthodontic treatments. This dentist said I should only need one invisalign brace. I agreed to the initial quote and then took scans for a more accurate quote for the treatment. The more accurate quote then turned out to be double the initial quote. When I asked for more information I was told that there was actually another treatment available for normal braces, which was not quoted. Obviously this is a large investment and you want full transparency on treatment and prices. When I asked if that treatment can be discussed I got a summarized email and told if I want more info I can book another consult. This seems like a rip-off and the doctor doing the orthodontist work does not seems knowledgeable or communicative. A mere focus on money. I will rather go to a specialist focusing on orthodontal procedures that use this money focused practice that offers very little in terms of patient service. To add to the above: I went to see a qualified orthodondist. This orthodontist said I do not even need braces to start off with. And that the initial assessment that I would only need one invisalign should never have been proposed. Not only did I unnecessarily pay for expensive scans, but I almost paid more that 3000 EUR for a treatment that a real orthodontist expert would never have recommended. I will approach the practice to claim the cost back.
