They have a system to send reminders a week prior to the appointment, but watch out once you get used to it, it fails, and then it is your fault.

I read a lot of complaints about bills that have to be paid for agreements that have not been fulfilled, I myself have never had any problems with this. If you make an appointment it is expected that you will show up. I have been a patient at Mark for a number of years, a very pleasant dentist who works meticulously and likes to think along when it comes to the costs for the upcoming calendar year.

My son, now deceased, did not show up for his appointment in June 2018. He was sick (psychosis). The proposed dental treatment at a raise of € 180.00 was automatically collected. I was an administrator at the time and had indicated that all payments would go through me, so money was unlawfully debited from his account. Because the dentist says at the time of the treatment that he / she did not know / knew that he was under administration, they are of the opinion that they are entitled to the controversial € 180.00. I suggested that they donate the money to a charity, namely Ypsilon, an association for relatives / family of people with psychological vulnerability. What I blame the nicest dentist in Amsterdam is that they have no understanding and leniency for people with a vulnerability and fill their pockets through patients who are not able to defend themselves. have been away for a few years now, have found a dentist without commercial purposes that you can't beat money from your pocket applied everything to me for money, am now at a dentist, has never lubricated

Nice Dentist !? I have definitely walked into the wrong practice. If you are looking for a Dentist in Amsterdam, you should not go to this one. The only thing they fill is their own pockets. A miscommunication about the time at which I had to be present at my first appointment cost me 60 euros for a check that would otherwise have cost 20 ..
