You are approached in a terrible way at the desk where all other patients are seated by an employee. Oh yes, and never have a picture of your jaw taken at the first appointment. You have to pay for this yourself afterwards. They now know how to earn money if you do not come back and on an email with a complaint, they do not bother to respond to it 👎👎👎👎

Very much deteriorated! Especially there is one at the desk that is not so friendly. Just don't know her name. It is a great pity that they have deteriorated so much.
