What a bad service office at ING. I'm really in shock ... that's not how I'm used to at ING. In Schiedam the service is 100 times better. The staff in Vlaardingen do not feel like working. Two women wandering around and making people wait more than 45 minutes. Faces of dissatisfaction. Grab coffee, toilet, anything but work. And if you ask why it takes a long time you get a sermon that they work hard and that we still have to wait or come back elsewhere. I am very disappointed.
