The treatment by telephone was rude. I was one of their patients years ago and when I called to make an appointment, she immediately said that they were very busy and that they would not have time until May (in four months). She didn't even ask if it was an emergency. I feel that the woman on the phone did not like that I had not gone to their practice for years and had fired me immediately. The treatment via the phone was really rude. She did not even ask if it was an emergency. I feel like the woman on the phone didn't like that I hadn't gone to their practice in years and dismissed me straight away.
