Tried to make an appointment here for my boyfriend because he had been walking around for 2 months with 2 strange lumps on his gums. Well you do not assume of course, but if it is malicious you should definitely be there within 2 months. Don't think he could go here. First place was after 4 weeks, but sir was not registered so an intake had to take place first and then an appointment can be looked at. We just went to the doctor and he told us (a day later) to make another appointment with the dentist. Even the GP was amazed by the waiting time, considering the situation. We called two other dentist practices due to relocation and he was able to visit them within 2 days without any problems. In these practices, only one dentist works in both, and yet it was possible. I give two stars because it is not up to the dentist himself, it was of course an assistant who answered the phone. But as an assistant you are the business card of the practice and you must be able to make a good assessment. If there really wasn't room for a semi-emergency, at the very least be helpful and friendly.
