Excellent gym & fitness place. New equipment Life Fitness, huge room, cheap prices for all. One visit 5 EUR, protein shake 1.5 EUR. Very friendly staff. Parking place is available. Slightly cold inside during winter time. At evening time slightly crowded. Not so many gyms you can find around. Definitely recommend.

This summer I was really looking forward to sports, but I didn't want to drive 60 km to Groningen where I am a member of a gym. Now I had seen and heard that there is also a sports center here in Uithuizermeden. I thought, go crazy and cheat. A matter of a bell and I was welcome to taste the atmosphere and to come and sport. So I stuffed my sports bag and went to De oude Fabriek. When I arrived there, I was greeted in a friendly manner and given a tour, a true candy paradise for me. I quickly hoisted into my sports suit to have a good time. The young lady who worked there soon got the shot that I was ready for some hangman work ... The first device I mounted was the assembly line. Lovely an interval program from low to high intensity and some scoops on top. I was ready for some strength training. Well I knew that. All muscle groups were discussed, I didn't know I could puff so well. After an hour and a half I started to get some green. I searched for my limits .... because I could, I walked half an hour on the assembly line. A few hills up and down through a virtual landscape. The light went out quite well with me then. After an invigorating protein sheek, I still had the courage to take a nice shower .... Great showers, nothing wrong with that! Just curled my hair again. And moeke felt reborn. Tired and satisfied, I want to thank the nice and sweet people of the old Factory for this sporting and exciting afternoon. You have a Fan with it ... 💕

Nice group of staff. Good instructions and tips! Many possibilities for training (opening times) and many different workout options (sqaush, cardio, hiit etc. Etc.).
