They always keep motivating you, always time for a chat. Nice lessons and plenty of variations, times. You can fill in everything yourself whenever and whatever you want to do. Give advice if your posture is not correct. I can go on like this!

Lots of options for sports, both hours with guidance and free sports. With the latter also many possibilities in addition to the 'standard' fitness equipment (which are also available), philosophy is also more functional fitness. Everything else is clean and tidy.

A gym where everyone feels at ease and where there are many options such as: group lessons, personal training, nutritional advice, massage, etc. Friendly and fun staff
