A mediocre club, we have not experienced the cooperation as pleasant. In my opinion no professionals work here. Ultimately sold our house through another real estate agent in the region.

Ditters Franssen Makelaars uses as a purchase broker. Very pleased with the professionalism, speed of action and the time they take to discuss the wishes of your dream home with you. Also during the bidding process, the knowledge and skills come up well and it really makes the difference. We are very pleased with this agency and will continue to use their service in the future.

House sold through this lot. Chosen for a competitive price and a driven broker with a lot of knowledge of the local market. The broker dared to ask a competitive price, and in retrospect made up for the estimate. Service was always very good, and there was much, clear and proactive communication. Among other things, we have assisted (for free) with the purchase of another home and other advice. Nothing was crazy. Where necessary, the broker also dared to say the hard things. Not someone you just talk to the mouth. I can imagine that this can sometimes lead to a negative review if you are not used to being contradicted. I think it has added value. Absolute must!
