From previous experiences we have chosen Kok & Heijkamp Makelaars to sell our house. Everything was explained very clearly and conveniently. Within 5 days the house was already sold, and also above the asking price. We have been kept well informed at every step of the process, I don't really have any points for improvement. Despite the fact that everything can now be a bit less 'personal' because of the Corona virus, that did not affect our experience. What I found the biggest advantage myself is that I could just send an app to the broker. That makes it quick to switch and everything is arranged in no time!

Lennard Kok was a super real estate agent in showing us around the house we bought, which was for sale at Kok en Heijkamp. Fair tour, he also tells the cons of a house.
