A knowledgeable vet. Our dog was suddenly listless. Probably stomach inflammation. Adjust medication and food. He's the old dog again. Thanks

First blood test failed, except possible inflammation. Only a few appointments later they decided to do an 'extensive' blood test, why not do this in the first instance? Persisted that it was probably an inflammation, but certainly not a tumor. Referred me to an expensive specialist in Zwolle for an ultrasound, when I rejected this because I had found another clinic in Apeldoorn with ultrasound equipment, the response was grumpy. I was blamed for having to be at home with the cat all day to watch out for her, no empathy at all that most people just have to work to pay the high vet fees (which I love to do for my bug) ). Eventually to the animal clinic Mheenpark in Apeldoorn and it immediately showed on the ultrasound that it was a tumor that could no longer be saved. She had a few nice weeks with medicines, but not thanks to Lourens & vd Wal who were fiddling around for weeks instead of admitting that they no longer knew how or what.
