In Annes Keuken

I carefully take my first bite. Tastes like? I am not familiar with Ayurvedic cuisine. Coconut! Yes, I taste coconut! But what is that bitter then? Mindfulness eat your heart out! Thank you Anne, for delicious lovingly prepared dishes. Since I started ordering from you, I enjoy food more and I have become more aware of what I eat.

Vandaag weer heerlijk mijn 'dinner' afgehaald bij Anne. Alles maakt ze zelf met verse ingredienten. De smaaksensaties waren weer volop aanwezig en ook een toetje zit er steevast bij .Ook de chutneys vind ik trouwens verukkelijk!! 😀

Anne's somosas were verrrrukkuluk. According to my girlfriend Eegje, with whom I was munching, they were less fat than she is used to in India and also with delicious brown flour. I have no comparison material myself, but just loved them, also together with the homemade chutney

Nice and very pleasant workshop! Anne explains enough about Ayurvedic cooking so that you understand what is behind it, but not so much that it makes you dizzy or that it starts to look like 'school'. After that, you get to work together in a very pleasant way, under the inspiring guidance of Anne. The result was a delicious meal with surprising flavors that inspire you to get started with the recipes (that you receive) at home. And because she puts together a new menu every time, I can imagine that I will go again. Thank Anne !!
