This company somehow always manages to mess something up, where it should be easy to avoid. If you place an order via their app, either the delivery is delayed, the amount you paid doesn't match with the products you receive or you get the wrong items. Either way, it's usually a hassle. And when you tell them that they accidentally transferred the entire amount back to your bank account, they don't seem to care much about it. Some kind of encouragement would have been nice :)
