1 no appointment confirmation of the move. Next, citymovers comes two hours late on the day of the move, in the meantime calling several times, the phone does not pick up. On arrival excuses, complicated customer, twice in traffic. then I did not complain it was a favor that he could move me !! To make matters worse, the mover also threatens to unpack my contents again after I show my dissatisfaction. Around midnight they are finally ready and the owner presents me with an account of € 500, - an amount of € 175 more than agreed by telephone. If I state that I will not pay this. The mover starts to threaten me that he will not leave my home without a signature for the invoice. Bizarre!!! If you want a carefree move, do not go into the sea with citymovers.nl. Finally, when I indicated that I would write a bad DBS review, the mover indicated that he would give me a bad review ... please never use this movingcompany !!!!
