Great store, friendly staff.

Unfriendly. Offer was: all sweaters and cardigans from EUR 15 second half price. We buy two and see that the discount has not been deducted upon returning home. Back to the store and the reaction was that the offer only applied if there was a ticket on the shelf. That hung a row higher. But if the offer is "all jerseys" then it is not "jerseys in the box that the card is on". After some insistence, we consulted with a chef and finally it became "you will get a money back as an exception, but we will not do it again". With such customer unfriendliness, it is not surprising that HEMA is not doing well.
