Request a quote for various work on our roof. After approval from our side, everything neatly executed and everything neatly done. Even the gutters were completely cleaned which were not on the quotation and a bit re-soldered at the drain. If there is anything wrong with my roof, I will immediately contact the company again.

Very competent company. Quality and service are of paramount importance to this company. After about 2 years, this company has returned and has not charged any costs for a leak. However, this was not a leak that had been repaired 2 years earlier, but another minor problem. Very satisfied.

We worked with Mr Jillings when he was carrying out roof repairs with our neighbors and, on his own initiative and in passing, drew our attention to defects in our chimney. We let him in to make an offer. An appointment was made for repairs. At the start, he also identified problems with our roof. We were aware of that, and we also had him make a quote to restore our roof in good condition. Total offer: 5000 Euro. That was signed by us. He spent 3 days and at the end reported that the work was done. The next day I went to look on the roof myself and found that there were at least 40 broken roof tiles and the gutters were not cleaned. That is why I called him with the message that his work was not yet finished. Soon after, he came back, apologizing with the remark that he had come by anyway to check the work. He also said that I was not yet allowed to walk on the impregnated roof tiles. He then went on to get new roof tiles and replace the broken one. In the meantime, he had put our trust to the test and we started to calculate what a reasonable price would be for the work actually performed. We came in at 3500 euros. When we confronted him, he didn't want to know anything about it, got angry and said we had signed a contract. In the end, all agreed work was done. Our conclusion: we are dissatisfied with this state of affairs and regret that we have signed the tender as soon as possible. The price for the work has clearly been too high, and we have yet to see that the guarantees offered (in fact a very expensive "service contract") are being met. They are warned.
