Never go under Finqo administration! Initially I went to finqo for temporary help. I had problematic debts and was temporarily unable to resolve it. Clear agreements were made that I only needed help until the moment I graduated. In the last period of my studies I got a permanent job with 32 hours a week. In the time that I was at finqo they did nothing with my debts. My salary was always confiscated. They did nothing about this. I did this after I left. As a result, I have a BKR registration, which now takes 3 years. If Finqo had paid this off immediately, I could have gotten a mortgage now. I was a member of finqo administration in the past. I have always been helped well, if something was wrong, it was quickly resolved.

very bad experiences with finqo b.v. their response time of 2 days + poor communication is the main cause of this. I write this review under an anonymous address because otherwise comments will come from finqo. Then they kind of recommend you to adjust your review. things are going very bad there. several things indicated when I would voluntarily go under administration. This was initially approved. but then you are under rule and all points are simply thrown out the door on the pretext that it is not necessary and has not been agreed. when money is urgently needed you can not call. because calls have to be made at certain times that indicate them. most people are just working during those times which makes calling very difficult. staff is always friendly, but that is all about it. they are totally unskilful and just leave you in the dark. not a good explanation of what government actually means. do not deal with these people they are only there to fill their own pockets with the money of vulnerable people. they are absolutely not there to help you.
