Even unworthy of 1 star, received several reminders while nothing was ordered. I wonder how bad and bad the AfterPay verification system is.

Worthless company. I received a payment reminder, while I have not yet received the items from the company where I placed the order. Contacted customer service by email. Would get a response within 48. In the end, it was only processed after a week. This was an email to the seller to confirm that they have not yet shipped the ordered product. A few days ago I received an email from the seller saying that it has been delayed and whether I still want to wait. yes I want that I receive a warning from Afterpay. Afterpay emailed with the correspondence I have had with the seller (and proof that has not yet been delivered). Would receive a response again within 48 hours. Now a week later and no response yet, but a second warning! In the meantime, afterpay is not available. WORTHLESS

This company works together with infoscore, a collection company that sends reminders that are incorrect or genuine. BEWARE!!!!!

No complaints at all about this service if you pay neatly in the agreed period. Also had help again because a company did not deliver. In short, a good company.

In fact, one star is too much. Today I received a second reminder incl. Administration costs, while I already paid the full amount on May 17. In addition, I called and emailed several times, but without success. AfterPay has a lot of points for improvement!
