Badly helped with the purchase of a new phone if Vodafone had just said we are not helping with anything I had left after 30 years of loyal Vodafone customer scandalous here you have the new phone and find it worthless next contract extension will certainly not come 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🥵 🥵🥵🥵🥵

On June 5, 2020 bought a new subscription from Vodafone with a new SIM card and new telephone number. At home, of course, tried the new subscription right away, but the phone does not make contact at all. Back to the store the next day, it appears that the SIM card is activated, but the phone number is not. That was absolutely not a fault of the employee, but of the computer and of course I had to understand that. I received a new SIM card with a new telephone number. Sure enough, it all worked, so my confidence in Vodafone, which had fallen well below zero, started to rise again. Now I suddenly get calls from people looking for a completely different person who lives in a completely different city, while they dial my new number. Apparently Vodafone gives a number to several people, it will probably be a computer error and I will have to understand that. I have now spoken to a Vodafone employee and he will find it all out. I will probably get a new number again, the employee said. My confidence has now returned to zero. Unfortunately.
