Very bad experience! May 27 insurance canceled due to home sales. Endlessly on the phone: all our employees are ...... As of May 30 insurance has been canceled, lady said. Heard nothing more. Called again today. Ten minutes on hold. After my story it turned out that the previous employee had not pressed the last test! I told them that I had canceled a boat insurance with the FBTO on 27 May: no waiting time on the phone and half an hour later the confirmation by email, the next day the overpaid premium on my account and the next day a letter with the cancellation. UNIVE cannot match that.
