Hello, On Thursday 21-01-2021 my son bought a beautiful Audi A3. We wanted to take a test drive but the battery was empty and the seller arranged for the vehicle to start again. After some mileage, the car drove properly. The sale went through and were able to pick up the Audi the next day / afternoon. At around 4:00 PM, my son wanted to take a ride where the vehicle wouldn't start. ANWB involved. The ANWB employee indicated that it was the battery, which was very old. I immediately called the seller for clarification that my son was already broken down and that the battery was defective and very old. A new battery was not there because my son had already gotten the car cheaper. My son could get a new battery. But the new battery had to pay. I did not agree and indicated if you buy a car it must also be good. The seller indicated that he had a good used battery in the workshop and that my son could come by after the weekend. The agreement was. Visited after the weekend. The mechanic knew nothing about it and only had old, discarded batteries. The agreement was that my son would get a good reliable battery. My son has now bought a new battery for 70 euros. The first costs have been incurred.
