After years of being a enthusiast and actively participating in martial arts, I have become less active in recent years because I could not go anywhere. Now that I have found CAH, I have revived the old good times in the past training sessions. There is no pushing and everything is about safety. The CAH team consists of professional trainers under Clifford. Clifford himself has 3 x black belt judoka and he has done many MMA fights and has not lost 1. I let my daughter train there in complete confidence. I am very grateful to Clifford and his team that they foster trust over everything. CAH has brought us a lot of confidence. They get a big 10+.
Very active gym in the Heerenveen region. In addition to kickboxing, they also give clinics at schools and institutions. Many youth members in all age categories. 👍
