My father visited this hair salon last week. He came here to burn the hair out of his ears. Upon entering we were urged to cut too, however my father only wanted his ears to be made hair free. It was urged to cut anyway and my father got a nasty feeling about this. It was only stopped after another employee insisted. He felt unfair and disrespected. Then the hair was removed from his ear, however it did not go as desired, the flames flew over his head and he has large burn marks on and near his ear. My father is someone who does not like to go to the hairdresser, so the barrier to go here is already very high. I find it outrageous that a 77-year-old man is treated this way.

I have just returned from this hairdresser and am very angry and disappointed! It is not the first time that I have been cut here by new employees who can communicate very moderately. Had clearly stated what the length of the staging should be and then we would just do something else! Result that I now have a haircut at Christmas that I am ashamed of ... thanks!
