We were able to order spare parts for our ventilation grilles as private items through our photos. After the box of parts was delivered to our home by a Regts employee, we paid the invoice in good faith. A telephone call with Regts resulted in a visit to the store. We were helped very customer friendly. It took a while before the employee had found all the right parts together, but we succeeded. In the meantime that we had to wait it was noticed that the employees of the Regts store were very customer friendly and helpful to other customers. This is still very rare nowadays. Because the right parts were slightly more expensive than we had received, we would be called what the extra price would be. We were indeed called.
