These are just real toppers!

In one word super! Good communication with the customer when it is delivered and, despite the fact that we live in a narrow street, perfectly delivered at home!

Do not keep appointments! Called on Tuesday if they had a specified order in stock from me, and if it could be delivered on Friday! Both questions were answered yes and I was able to place the order via the website! No sooner said than done. Order placed over € 1100.00. The next day and e-mail that they STILL had the order out of stock and also the question whether I needed the order for the weekend? Immediately emailed back, and told that I had contact the day before and that everything was in stock, and that it would be delivered on Friday ..... so yes BEFORE the weekend! Had no answer to that, and I assume that the delivery would be delivered on Friday! Unfortunately, NOTHING was delivered at all, and I had to call where my order went. After a long wait, and many consultations with colleagues, I was told that the entire delivery would take place at the end of next week! I then asked for the money to be refunded immediately, and I no longer wanted anything. That also took another four days before I got my money back! Nothing for me anymore!

Wood ordered 3 months in advance from Eppinga. This in connection with renovation of our house, we wanted to be sure that we have it. Unfortunately, the planning and transport department had different dates, so the wood was delivered almost a month late. Eppinga does not live up to its agreements, nor do promises of call-back actions be observed. Even the subsequent delivery of a few extra boards was the same. And also not calling back while this is promised. Positive point is that the wood looks very nice. But do you do business with them come with very clear agreements and delivery and also put this on paper, because this leaves a lot to be desired.
