More than a month ago I ordered a Cando front door for € 834.00 which I paid directly with ideal. According to the website, the door would be delivered within 14 days, after I had paid I received a confirmation with the message that the door would be delivered on February 4. So that is more than a month but okay on the day of delivery, taken off and at 2.30 pm to call where the door was. I was told they would sort it out and I would be called back. We heard nothing more so at 5.30 pm we called again and was told again we will find out we will call back. So far, I have been waiting all day and not received a door that I ordered more than a month ago. With a lot of effort I arranged a carpenter for tomorrow who would assemble the door and who I can cancel. In short, 1 BIG DRAMA!
