The world of procurement was completely new to us. We therefore doubted a number of procedures and criteria to be answered. Arthur van Heeswijck helped us enormously in this. He made himself available quickly and flexibly, was to-the-point and saved us from a few pitfalls that we couldn't oversee ourselves. Thanks in part to him, we were able to win the tender. We will certainly involve him again in the next tender!

Arthur helped us enormously in a tender case. Many aspects were unclear to us and we asked Arthur to provide clarity and to conduct a preliminary investigation. We have experienced Arthur as a no-nonsense, objectively analytical, knowledgeable, correct and he has an eye for all aspects, including the human aspects that play a role in such processes. I got to know Arthur during a legal dispute over a procurement case. I was looking for a procurement lawyer who is 'full-time' involved in procurement law and who fully understands the rules of procurement law. In view of his extensive knowledge of and experience with procurement law, he is the designated procurement lawyer / sparring partner for a variety of procurement disputes. Characteristic of Arthur is his broad view of (complex) procurement issues and his ability to easily understand these issues without unnecessary frills. Arthur also has a passion for the profession. As a person, Arthur is skilled and very driven. I would certainly recommend Arthur when there is a need for a lawyer in procurement disputes.
