During the intake I had to deal with Janny. I became very calm with her. She clearly radiated that she would represent my interests in this, for me grand, process. When the house subsequently came to Funda, she had just gone on holiday and I was confronted with Martijn. There was a lot of interest in my house and in addition to the people who came on 1 of the 2 viewing days, there were also people who approached me directly. What I found a striking service from Martijn is that he personally delivered a brochure to the people I had shown at their homes and spoke with them for a short while. Furthermore, Martijn has always kept me well informed and provided feedback. The house was sold before Janny returned from vacation. On her first working day she called me and congratulated me on the sale. I also experienced this promotion as very personal and involved.

Frysk has sold my father's house, and dropped the necessary stitches, I will name a few: it put the spacious and 'above-modal' house on the market as a DIY house, forgot to notice and report that the house was on open waters; it already invited seriously interested people while the house was still completely turned over due to relocation; it organized an open day as the first opportunity for 18? interested (in my opinion does not fit with a house of 4 to 5 tons). Although my father agreed, he was advised to do so, and I had hoped to see a better advisor in Frysk. It sometimes seemed to us as children that they didn't want too much work from it. However, broker Linda has proven her services in the bidding process and has assisted us well - and we received a good price, but the market contributed for the most part.

I am very satisfied with the way in which Frysk has succeeded in selling my house. All agreements were always met and the presentation at Funda was beautiful. My house was sold within a year and I am very happy about that. Thanks Frysk brokers !!
